  4. Fire Chief Brian Church notified the selectmen the new back up generator is in place at the Fire Station/Community Building.
  5. Selectmen signed a new three year contract with Scott Laliberte dba Riverside Disposal for Waste Removal for the Town of Vienna.

  3. Reviewed Warrant #20 ($14,239.40)
  4. Sand Bids Opened: The town received one bid to provide winter sand. The bid was for 2500 yards at $4.50 per yard. The total for 2500 yards is $11,500. This is .51 per yard increase over the previous year. The selectmen accepted the bid to Jean Castonguay Logging and Excavation.
  5. The five new members of the Board of Appeals were sworn in for three year terms by Town Clerk Annie Tibbetts. The members are: Chairman, Thomas Carey; assistant chairman, Roger Pelton; Secretary, Cheryl Herr-Rains, Dan Simons and Peg Lang.
  6. Selectmen signed a one year contract extension with Dan Goucher for Off- Road Winter Plowing (parking lots, etc).
  7. Reviewed bank reconciliation report.
