The Board of Selectmen appointed Jim Anderberg, Marianne Archard and Susan Burns to a new Ordinance Review Committee in December of 2015.
The committee meets at the Vienna Town House at 6:30 pm on the third Thursday of each month.

The responsibilities of the Committee are to review existing ordinances and propose revisions, as needed, to address land use issues in the Town of Vienna. The work of the Committee involves coordination with the Planning Board and consideration of the 2008 Vienna Comprehensive Plan recommendations as well as public involvement and comments on any proposed changes.
The building ordinance enacted at the March 12, 2016 Town meeting may be found here. This ordinance replaces the notification of intent to build permit with an application for building permit which you can download here. Once downloaded you may optionally fill it out first before printing or print it out and fill it in by hand.
