The select board met with Tim Bickford, the 911 addressing officer, about giving out address numbers and discussed private roads and road signage.
The select board received bond paperwork from Troy Bean for the snow plowing contract and concerns over the placement of snow at the Community Room/Fire Station.
The select board talked with Johnathan and James Krause about the snow plow turn around located on the Varney Road. The Krauses had concerns over the private driveway that comes out on his property.
The select board met with Charles Berader and Lidi Robbins, from The 30 Mile River Watershed Association, about grant writing and the needs of the Town. Charles has taken on the Grant writing for The 30 Mile River Watershed Association. Charles will also oversee grants the Town has and will apply for help with culvert replacements. They discussed adding a Steering Committee to oversee the projects. The Committee members would comprise local residents assisting the select board.
