MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE VIENNA PLANNING BOARD HELD JULY 23, 2014
At 6:30 PM regular members Waine Whittier, Alan Williams, Ed Lawless and Creston Gaither did a site visit at the Vienna Fire Department garage, pursuant to the Department's proposal to add on to the southerly side of the building.
The meeting convened at 7:00 PM at the Town House; with the aforesaid members attending. Minutes of the June 25 meeting were read and accepted.
An e-mail exchange with the Rackliffs (see June 25 minutes) resulted in a determination that no permit was necessary for the proposed fill.
Waine has not yet drafted proposed revisions to the "cell tower Ordinance." (see June 25 minutes).
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 PM.
