  1. Steve Ulmer from Transco came in to go over a proposal for a new photo copier lease. The town's current lease is up in June. The Selectmen voted to accept this new lease on a Konica/Minolta Bizhub model #222. This will be a 60 month lease at $99.00 a month. ($1.00 a month less than our current lease). All toner, staples, and maintenance are included.
  2. Selectmen processed two property tax abatement applications.
  3. Read and accepted minutes from our April 20th meeting.
  4. John Sexton, assessing agent, is working on property card changes for 2010 from the tax transfer list and building permits. We are also working on new Homestead Exemptions, new tree growth and open space land applications. All changes will then go into the Tax Collector’s database.
