Present: Dodi Thompson, Chris Smith, Brian Church, Linwood Meader, Jr., Marti Gross

1. Marti has filed the paperwork for the town’s T.A.N. (Tax Anticipation Note) with T.D. BankNorth. The note amount will be $100,000.00. The note will be issued on Tuesday, March 16, with an interest rate of 3.20%. The total interest will be $2568.89 with the bank paying the legal fees. Lee Bragg of Bernstein- Shur will act as bond counsel.

2. Linwood has posted all the roads. There are some pot holes forming on the Tower Road. He will take care of them as soon as the weather permits.

3. Peg Lane came in and expressed her concerns about the broken guard rail on the Tower Road. This guard rail was damaged by the snow plow earlier this winter. The plow contractor will be repairing the rail this spring as soon as the ground dries up.

4. State Representative Pat Jones came in to meet with selectmen. She gave us an update on the House of Representatives and state budget cuts which affect municipalities. There was also a discussion about the condition of Town House Rd (Rt. 41).
