- Selectmen signed the 2013 Tax Commitment.
- Taxes will be due in two payments - June 15th and September 15th.
- The mil rate was set at .01575 ( an increase of 50 cents per $1000 from 2012).
- County tax is up 5%, 2013/2014 school year tax is up by $73,000, and it is unclear at this time how much Revenue Sharing will be cut.
- Open and distributed mail.
- Read and accepted minutes from previous meeting.
- A quit claim deed was signed for a property owner who paid all the past due taxes on the property after it went into foreclosure. The Town released any ownership.
