Vienna Broadband Ordinance - to be enacted at the March 11, 2023 Town Meeting

Please review the proposed Broadband Ordinance attached here in advance of the Vienna Town Meeting which will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2023, 9am at the Community Room (located at the fire station on Kimball Pond Road). 

This proposed ordinance will be acted upon by those in attendance at Town Meeting.  As an additional reminder, voting for elected town officials will take place on Friday, March 10 from 4-8pm, also in the Community Room. Thank you!
