1. Reviewed and signed Warrant #5.
2. Linwood reports that the Stream Road has been repaired and is now passable. 3. The Selectmen appointed Ed Law- less to the Planning Board for a 3 year term
4. Connie Smith, Town Clerk swore in the following: Ed Lawless - three year term on the Planning Board; Dan Onion – three year term as Vienna’s Health Officer.
5. Lidie Robbins and Dan Onion from the 30 Mile River Watershed Association met with the selectmen to update us on how the 2009 season went and what the group is planning for 2010. 6. Dodi reported that she met with John Sexton last week to go over two abatement applications that he has been working on. John has begun do- ing the assessing pickup work relating to new permits and property cards flagged from 2009.
