Newsletters

The April/May 2013 newsletter will be the last newsletter which will be mailed Postal Patron to everyone in town. Beginning with the May/June issue, the Record will be posted on the town website viennamaine.org as usual. If you do not have access to a computer and/or would still like to receive a copy in the mail please let Marianne Archard know. Send a post card to: 197 Davis Road - Vienna or email viennarecord@gmail.com. Include your name and mailing address. Or, if you would like to have the newsletter emailed directly to you, please send your email address with your request to viennarecord@gmail.com. The newsletter will still be available for everyone to read, but we can save the town some money in the process.

The fee schedule per issue for advertisements is as follows:

• 1/8 page - $8.00 per issue or $45.00 per year
• 1⁄4 page  - $14.00 per issue or $80.00 per year
• 1⁄2 page - $26.00 per issue or $150 per year
• full page - $50.0 per issue or $290 per year

Checks should be made payable to “Town of Vienna.”

Deadline

All Item or articles for the June/July issue of the Vienna Record must be received by me by May 24, 2013.

Format

Please send items online as rich text format (.rtf) or as a word document (.doc) or as a .jpg. Please no .pdf or other formats.
